How long does it take to activate my account?

In most cases, accounts are activated immediately as long as your order is not flagged for manual verification. If a manual verification is required you will be contacted via e-mail to provide specific verification documents depending on your payment method. We usually ask for passports or last 4 digits of the credit card used to pay for the service. Once we have the document provided by you the service will be activated and you will receive the login details via e-mail.

If you paid your order through bank deposit or smart money, it will get activated upon confirmation of payment.
