When do I use my system login?

There are three places where you will need to use your system login (username) to gain access:

SSH access to your account. Your system login and system password is required. (Not available with Shared Hosting)
FTP access through your system username to your account requires your system password.
FrontPage access to your account requires your system login and system password.

The billing system is a separate login (your primary email address) and password. You can always use the 'Forgot your password?' link to get it emailed to you.
